Patients are requested to telephone before 11.00am wherever possible if a visit is required that day. Emergency visits will only be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as you can so he/she can assess the situation accordingly. The GP will allocate visits on a priority basis. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit so patients are advised to be clear and precise regarding their home visit. Home visits will NOT be performed on patients who are requesting one because they do not have transport.
