Patient Group

We have set up a Patient Group and are seeking patients from all age groups, social and cultural backgrounds to join us.

Would you like to be involved with your practice? Express your opinions on how it is run? What are we doing well, what could we do better? Why not come along and have your say? Any constructive thoughts and ideas on how we can take the practice forward are always welcome.

Please note that the Patient Group is NOT a forum for dealing with personal issues/complaints which should be dealt with via the practice complaints procedure.

If you are interested or would like more information then please speak to one of the receptionists or a member of staff.

Alternatively, come along to any of our future meetings at White Rose Medical Practice (Cudworth):

  • Thursday 12th September 2024 (11:30am)
  • Thursday 9th January 2025 (11:30am)

The Patient Group has an important part to play in assisting the Practice and helping develop primary health services that fully meet the needs and aspirations of patients. The group aim to offer the patients' view by identifying issues and ensuring that the voice of the patient is heard.

The practice aims to have a thriving patient group which acts as a link to exchange views both to and from the Practice and Patients.

The Group commented;

'We saw an opportunity to meet with like minded people with the common aim of assisting the practice. We would offer a patient’s perspective into how we feel the practice is being run and where necessary, offer practical suggestions/ideas where improvements may be made to best serve both staff and patients.'
